Body Back Buddy Elite – The massage tool you might see hanging in my office. I often recommend it for self care of your upper back and shoulders. https://amzn.to/3zffjzB

Hint water – Even as a Naturopathic Doctor I have a hard time with my water intake. Hint makes it so easy! They have tons of flavors and their slogans really do cover it – “0 calories, 0 sweeteners” “water that makes you love water”. Some flavors are available online only through their website drinkhint.com (I don’t have an affiliate account there yet). An easy way to give these a try is single bottles at your grocery store or this variety pack on Amazon. https://amzn.to/47DtPhi

Desktop Timer – We have two of these in my house so far, one for shorter bursts of time and one for longer. These rotatable timers are great for reminding yourself to take breaks during your work day, whether it’s to get up from your desk, drink water, or just stay focused on one task at a time. https://amzn.to/3ZLn1fw
